IIEE Council of Student Chapters

To be an affiliate school of CSC, please accomplish the attached forms and submit the list of your 2008 – 2009 Chapter Officers and Members, complete with their full names, year level, birthday, email add and contact numbers. All data should be computerized (i.e. M.S. Excel) and must be submitted both in hard (print-out) and soft (3.5 floppy disk or cd) copies.

Membership fee to CSC amounts to P100.00 per student-member and payments must be made through bank-to-bank transactions with the following details:

Account Name: Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Phils., Inc. (IIEE)

Account No.:  3381-00216-1

After depositing the membership payment, please fax the deposit slip to 410-1899/727-3545 and indicate that it is CSC membership payment and your school name. Make sure that you fax the deposit slip as soon as possible and verify it at the IIEE secretariat or CSC office.

Accomplished membership forms should be mailed or delivered personally at the IIEE – Council of Student Chapters, 41 Monte de Piedad Street, Cubao, 1111, Quezon City.
