Proposed Amendments to the IIEE By-Laws
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS AND BY-LAWS
Dear Colleague,
We wish to appeal to for you all full support for the ratification of our Institute's Amended By-Laws. It has been five years now since we started the campaign to gather proxy voteinorder to get the required number of votes to ratify our by-laws. the five year period has already lapsed and again, we start our campaign to gather the required number of votes.
The 2009 Board of Governors through our Immediate Former President Engr. Arthur N. Escalante created the Ad-hoc Committee chaired by Hon. Francis V. Mapile to review the provision of the existing 1997 By-Laws. The amended version of by-laws were reviewed by the 2010 Executive Committee and finally approved by the 2010 Board Governors
We therfore appeal to our members to vote for the ratification of our new IIEE-By Laws on the forth coming general membership meeting on November 25, 2010 during the institute's 35th annual National Convention. You may authorized any of our national Officers, your respective regional governor or chapter president to represent you and vote on your behalf by filling-up the attached proxy form.

Please send this back to IIEE National Office. Through any National Officer, your Regional Governor or Chapter President not later than 15 October 2010 other wise, you may mail this directly to IIEE National; Office ta #41 Monte De Piedad St., Cubao Quezon City. Please note that we need the proxy form that bears the original signature of the members.
