Started his Electrical Engineering career at Binga Hydro Electric Plant in 1974, was assigned at
Angat Hydro Electric Plant on the same year. He transferred to System Operations
Department in 1978 as generation and transmission Load Dispatcher and rose from the ranks.
In 1995 he was promoted to Network Operation Department Manager, Luzon System
Operations, National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR) and with the passage of RA 9136
(EPIRA) he got separated from NAPOCOR on February 28, 2003.
Immediately after separation from NAPOCOR in 2003 he was hired as a Power System
Specialist at National Transmission Corporation up to present
Concurrently he is thedesignated Corporate Energy Conservation Officer of TRANSCO.
